Occupational Therapist

Global Service Resources  is looking for a licensed and skilled Occupational Therapist  to provide therapeutic services that help patients regain or develop functional abilities following injury, illness, or disability.

Position : Occupational Therapist

Location : Antelope Valley, CA 93534 / San Fernando Valley, CA 91331

Employment Type : Full-Time Contract

Pay : $55-$60 / hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Review physician referrals and medical records to develop treatment strategies
• Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical, cognitive, and emotional function
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans targeting rehabilitation goals
• Deliver therapy through exercises, ADL training, sensory-motor activities, and adaptive techniques
• Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide guidance and supervision to support staff or students as needed

Participate in training and quality improvement activities

Requirements :

Ability to travel locally as needed for job duties
