Perform additional duties as needed and comply with all policies and procedures. Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Licenses / Certifications : Current active LPN License in the state of Ohio. Experience : Minimum of 1 year nursing experience. Skills : Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy when working with residents.
