Income Tax Manager - Global Technology Services Company

A global technology services company is hiring an Income Tax Manager to join its corporate tax team at its Southlake headquarters. This position focuses on U.S. and Canadian income tax accounting and compliance within a complex multinational environment that includes more than a dozen foreign entities across the U.K., Japan, Australia, and Canada.

The role will lead the consolidated global provision (ASC 740), manage U.S. international tax reporting (GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, FTCs), and collaborate on transfer pricing and global coordination projects. It offers the opportunity to gain broad international exposure, work cross-functionally, and contribute to process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, strong ASC 740 and U.S. international tax knowledge, and proficiency with Corptax, JD Edwards, HFM, and Excel. CPA or MST preferred. The position is fully in-office and suited for either a strong Senior ready to move up or an early-stage Manager seeking global scope and advancement.
