Key Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, pop-ups, and community outreach initiatives that boost brand awareness

Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with attendees and delivering compelling brand messages at live events

Manage event logistics including setup, teardown, and coordination of promotional materials

Support creative marketing efforts by assisting with flyer design, signage, and giveaway distribution

Conduct market research to identify new outreach opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness

Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency

Collect and analyze event feedback, track participation metrics, and contribute to post-event reporting

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required

Strong verbal communication and public engagement skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team

Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for event support
