Call Center Customer Service Professional - II
Location : Cary, NC (Hybrid)
Duration : Long Term Contract
Hybrid 8 days a month, usually Tuesday and Wednesday's
Targeted Years of Experience : 3-5 years
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems
- Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and / or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed
- Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution
- Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution
MUST HAVE SKILLS :
Candidate must be a US citizen - be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance - Center is 24 / 7 so individual must be able to work all shiftsPreferred client ExperienceDESIRED SKILLS :

At minimum a High School diploma, some college preferred
