Call Center Customer Service Professional - II

Location : Cary, NC (Hybrid)

Duration : Long Term Contract

Hybrid 8 days a month, usually Tuesday and Wednesday's

Targeted Years of Experience : 3-5 years

Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems
  • Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and / or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed
  • Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution
  • Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution

MUST HAVE SKILLS :

  • Candidate must be a US citizen - be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance - Center is 24 / 7 so individual must be able to work all shifts
  • Preferred client Experience
  • DESIRED SKILLS :

  • Strong in customer service, appropriate phone manners, ability to think and react to changing situation
  • EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :

    At minimum a High School diploma, some college preferred
