Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead workforce planning strategy across 19+ locations
• Forecast staffing needs using data from HRIS and ATS
• Monitor healthcare market trends and demographic changes
• Track and analyze workforce metrics like vacancy rates and turnover

Data Analytics & Reporting :

• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards
• Provide monthly and quarterly workforce reports
• Analyze retention drivers and recommend engagement strategies

Full-Cycle Recruitment :

• Post job openings and source candidates for clinical and administrative roles
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Facilitate onboarding and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions

Succession Planning & Compliance :

• Develop succession plans for critical positions
• Recommend process improvements for recruitment and retention
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Identify and mitigate staffing risks
