The Role : You will be the heartbeat of our hip-hop classes, crafting engaging, age-appropriate lessons that blend technical precision with artistic expression. You'll guide students through rhythm, musicality, choreography, and the unique culture of hip-hop, all while creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where everyone feels welcome and empowered to move.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver captivating lesson plans for diverse age groups (ages 6-18, adults) and skill levels (beginner to Intermediate).
• Teach weekly dance classes, ensuring students develop technique, confidence, and a genuine love for movement.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging classroom atmosphere where students feel safe to explore and express themselves.
• Collaborate with studio directors and fellow instructors to align curriculum and ensure a cohesive student experience.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and strong communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Be punctual, reliable, and prepared for every class session.
