Sutter Health Alliance - Valley Sales Support Manager

Manage overall sales service / support processes for the renewal of existing business. Responsible for reviewing accounts, selling new business to grow existing accounts, account set-up, and case installation.

Education :

Bachelor's

Typical Experience :

• 2 years recent relevant experience
• Life & Health Insurance License highly preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Working knowledge and understanding of national healthcare issues.
• Working knowledge of current and emerging issues affecting specified populations.
• Effective negotiation, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as : executives, managers and subject matter experts.
• Make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.
• Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict and use priority setting to accomplish goals.
• Must be a flexible, creative individual who is open to change.
• Capacity to perform under deadline pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Pay Range is $37.68 to $56.52 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
