As the Sr. Project Engineering Manager for Water & Wastewater, you will manage execution of the engineering component of multiple traditional, design-build, design-bid-build, and collaborative delivery projects including advanced treatment facilities, underground conveyance, and carbon neutral solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

The Project Engineering Management team is a top-ranked team by ENR for Water Design Firms in Water Supply, Sewer Waste, and other water-related rankings. They partner with clients to align people, processes, technologies, and data analytics to modernize water infrastructure, optimize asset use, meet performance goals, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.
Key responsibilities include :
Client Interface : Identify key client interests and drivers for moderately complex projects
Technical expertise : Lead large multi-discipline teams to meet project deliverables
Management responsibilities include : Reviews lower-level engineering work or assignments
Preferred qualifications include : PE license, previous engineering consulting experience, and experience executing multi-discipline WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
Minimum qualifications include : a bachelor's degree in engineering, minimum of 11 years related work experience, and the ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.
Work environment / physical demands include : hybrid or flexible work options, travel to client sites, and typical office environment.
