Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Commitment : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks; 2 Holidays (1 Summer and 1 Winter). RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and have opportunities for Charge RN cross-training. Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Quickly adapt to diverse workflows while maintaining exceptional clinical standards. Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Availability to work 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks. RNs will be trained in : NIHSS (Stroke Scale). IV Ultrasound. Cross-training for Charge Nurse roles to develop leadership capabilities. Competitive Pay : Base rate plus internal float differential. Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Degrees :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
Required Functional Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Team members are expected to fulfill annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
