Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various maintenance tasks ensuring the smooth operation upkeep and cleanliness of our facilities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail good time management skills a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and / or in a team environment setting.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance duties such as repairing equipment performing routine inspections and troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitization of work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects on time.
• Clean and sanitize equipment tools and machinery on a regular basis.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery replacing filters and checking fluid levels.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repairs needed.
• Assist with painting floors walls ceilings and other surfaces as required.
• Repair or replace damaged equipment fixtures or furniture.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assists with EHS initiatives as directed.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
