About the Position

We are seeking a  highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)  to join our dedicated dental team.

This full-time position requires commitment to patient education, preventative care, and maintaining the highest standards of oral health.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is focused on providing exceptional patient experiences.

Perform  comprehensive dental prophylaxis , including scaling, root planing, and selective polishing.

Conduct  initial patient screenings , assessing oral health conditions, and reviewing medical history.

Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as required and permitted by state regulations.

Educate patients on  proper oral hygiene techniques  (brushing, flossing, nutritional counseling).

Take and process  diagnostic X-rays  and panoramic images.

Apply  fluoride and dental sealants  for preventative care.

Document patient care services and medical history accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record.

Maintain strict compliance with  OSHA and CDC guidelines regarding sterilization and infection control.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) certification .

Current state licensure  as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Current  Basic Life Support (BLS)  certification preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
