David was co-founder / CEO of Triplemint, where he ran training, coaching, and operations for a 250 person sales team. He grew the company to successful acquisition and now sits on the board of The Agency RE, a $250M revenue business.

Zander was the technical co-founder of Nomad Health, now a post-Series D company. He most recently ran Platform at Hyperscience AI, building a workflow orchestration layer for computer vision models.

This Role

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Spara, you will :

Design and implement Spara’s core product suite, including our proprietary AI engine, buyer-facing interfaces, and sales team workflow orchestration systems

Operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with leadership on the product roadmap

Stay up-to-date with best practices in AI application development to drive innovation and technical excellence

Create outsized impact by deeply understanding our customers' business needs and finding opportunities to be a force-multiplier across our team of experienced engineers

Contribute to our culture of sustainable innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

We ship to production multiple times a day, and continuously adopt modern tooling and practices to move quickly while maintaining quality.

FastAPI / Python

React / Typescript, Vite, Tailwind

Postgres + pgvector

Multiple foundation models, including OpenAI and Anthropic

Qualifications

7+ years architecting and building large-scale web development projects

Substantial experience writing React frontends and style systems like Tailwind

Significant backend experience (Python preferred but not required)

Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies across the stack

Experience working in a lightweight, early-stage environment and helping to define solutions in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS are nice to have but not a must

3 days per week in our office in downtown Manhattan. Optionally work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays
