Description
Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is excited to expand our clinical team! We are seeking a full-time skilled and collaborative Chiropractor who is passionate about integrative musculoskeletal care.
Position would be located primarily at the Woodlands office (6767 Lake Woodlands Dr. The Woodlands, TX 77382)
Monday - Friday
Essential Duties :
- Conducts comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provides spinal manipulations, soft tissue therapies, physical modalities, and rehabilitative exercises
- Collaborates closely with orthopedic and sports medicine physicians and rehabilitation teams to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes according to practice standards
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, injury prevention, and wellness
- Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and team meetings
- Understands medical practice policies / procedures, regulations, and quality assurance requirements
Education / Qualifications :
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institutionCurrent state chiropractic license and in good standingPreferred experience working in orthopedic, sports medicine, or multi-specialty practicesKnowledge of basic science including biology, chemistry, and physics as well as biomechanics, neuroanatomy, and disease manifestationsAble to promote favorable facility image with patients, physicians, insurance companies, and the general publicAble to meet deadlines and modify treatment plans as appropriateKnowledge of ERM systemsExcellent customer (patient) service skills with the ability to maintain that demeanor when dealing with difficult, impatient, or upset peopleHighly organized, dependable, ethical and flexible
