Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Will Call Counter Associate.

Schedule : Monday through Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm and Saturday 8am -12pm

Pay Rate : Starting pay is $22 / hr Dependent on experience

Responsibilities :

Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs

Processing orders via order management system

Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures

Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up

Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised

Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas

Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Will be working 1 / 2 time in the warehouse pulling and preparing customer orders

Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and package

Qualifications :

1-5 years customer service and warehouse experience preferred

Basic knowledge of products is preferred

General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required

Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise

General math skills to allow for cash accounting

An ability to learn is a must have!

Excellent decision making and communication skills

Forklift and Picker experience preferred

Pay Range : $15.00 - $31.99 -

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles

OR

Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
