About Wise Pelican
Wise Pelican is hiring a dedicated Sales Development Representative to serve as the first voice our prospective customers hear. In this high-volume, high-energy role, you'll contact warm inbound leads, qualify them through strategic conversations, and schedule demos or live-transfer them to our Account Executives. Your mission? Kickstart relationships each day that help real estate professionals build their career and clientele utilizing Wise Pelican.
This is a full time role with uncapped earning potential and a base of $45,000-$55,000 base with an OTE of $100,000. Our Sales roles are built with a promotional path for top performers to move up within Wise Pelican's Sales function.

This position is a full time position located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
What Will You Do?
- Make 300–500 outbound calls daily to inbound warm leads
- Qualify leads using loosely structured scripts, active listening, and objection handling
- Schedule product demos for Account Executives or transfer hot leads directly in real time
- Maintain accurate contact records, statuses, and call notes in HubSpot
- Monitor engagement from re-activated or stale leads and re-engage when appropriate
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize scripts and lead conversions

1+ year of phone-based or inside sales experience (SaaS or real estate a plus)Energized by high-volume calling and direct outreachSkilled in navigating conversations and qualifying prospects quicklyExperience using HubSpot or similar CRM to track pipeline activityReliable, confident, and coachable.
