About the Role :

  • We are seeking a reliable and motivated Concrete Technician to join our team.
  • This position involves testing concrete both at job sites and within our facilities to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • No prior experience is required — we will provide full training to the right candidate.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Perform concrete sampling and testing in the field and in our laboratory facilities.
  • Record and document test results accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain testing equipment and ensure it is clean, calibrated, and in good working order.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, plant personnel, and contractors.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working on job sites and in the lab.
  • Assist with additional quality control or production tasks as needed.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • No prior experience necessary — we will train.

    • Schedule & Pay :

  • Full-time position with opportunity for overtime.
