About the role :

We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Care who is moved by our vision and mission and can adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving company. You will play an integral role in building the company by leading a clinical team and will report directly to a Senior Manager Clinical Care. We see our Managers as champions of our mission to provide exceptional care to our clients continuously improve professional practice and build a diverse and collaborative clinical community. You will lead a team of up to 16 independently licensed mental health therapists manage strategic projects support interviewing clinicians and maintain a small caseload of ongoing clients.

• Hybrid Schedule : Up to 3 days in office
