YOUR LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION LABORER / INSULATION INSTALLER

In this insulation installation role, you work with your team to complete a vital step in the construction process for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You start your day by loading materials onto the truck, transporting them to the job site, and setting up the necessary equipment. You prepare for an efficient insulation process by air sealing and installing ventilation dams. With attention to detail, you install insulation, making sure that the wall or attic space is covered thoroughly. To ensure quality work is performed at each job, you complete a final walk through with your crew leader and make any needed repairs. You always leave a clean job site when your work is finished. You enjoy being part of a supportive team and feel great about the role you play in our success!

• Prefer to have construction experience, but not necessary
