Pay or shift range : $20 USD to $27.99 USD

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Summary

The Commercial Loan Assistant is responsible for supporting commercial loan officers by performing various administrative functions. They will become a key contact person to commercial customers when the lender is unavailable by providing a high level of customer support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Service commercial lender portfolios by answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and responding to other inquiries in a timely fashion. Assist customers with the transfer of funds, loan payments, setting up auto payments, and any additional requests they may have.
• Assist lenders with the evaluation of loan requests by :

Ordering credit reports

Gathering all necessary information for the loan

Work closely with the loan servicing team regarding customer & loan maintenance issues

Supervisory Requirements

Personnel Management : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
