We are seeking a reliable and attentive team member to join our team as an overnight Security Associate.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact at the community, responsible for monitoring the front desk to ensure the safety and security of our residents.

This is a part time position, primarily on Sunday nights and is ideal for someone who is observant, proactive, and committed to creating a secure and welcoming environment to our members and their families.

Job Requirements :

• Monitor entrances and lobby areas to maintain a safe environment
• Respond promptly to safety or security concerns
• Assist residents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Follow established procedures for emergencies
• Ability to pay special attention to potential fire risks and hazards
• Communicate effectively to ensure community safety
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
