Onsite in Lansing, MI

WORK SCHEDULE : Hours of Operation :

Monday-Friday- 8 AM-4 : 30 PM

Hourly Rate : $16.50 Full-Time

Principal Duties / Responsibilities : Processor Associate

  • Provide administrative / clerical support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, or similar activities.
  • Review documents, process documents in a timely matter,
  • Moderate outbound call volume in an office setting
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of data / assigned work.
  • Ability to compare and find mismatches / errors.
  • Handle multiple assignments.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production.
  • Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
  • All other duties as assigned.

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and fingerprinting.
  • Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Good attendance / punctuality
  • 2 years of customer service experience.

    • Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors :

  • Accurate typing skills
  • Attention to detail / accurate typing skills
  • 2 Years of Medical Coding
  • Processing experience

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $16.50
