50 per diem pay for overnight runs

We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Motorcoach Operators for dedicated line runs throughout southern California to join our team! As an Operator on our team, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the motorcoach bus while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring your passengers well-being. The ideal candidate must have a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL-B) with passenger endorsement and two years' experience . If you have an impeccable driving record, high safety standards, and enjoy being around people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Pick up and drop off passengers at designated bus stations

Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly

Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner.

Engage with passengers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Qualifications :

CDL Class B with passenger and Air Brake endorsements.

Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations.

Ability to pass drug test.

Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

Ability to follow GPS directions.

Prefer to have experience with dual-axel motor coaches.
