In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various HR functions, from onboarding and employee relations to compliance and administrative tasks. Responsibilities :
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
- Provide assistance with recruitment efforts, including managing job postings and coordinating new employee paperwork.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, including answering inquiries and supporting enrollment processes.
- Collaborate on performance review processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Handle HR compliance activities, such as policy updates and adherence to labor laws.
- Facilitate termination processes and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Provide support for workers' compensation cases and ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Contribute to various HR initiatives and step in to handle diverse tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR administrative processes.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to team success.
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration is highly desirable.
