Position Summary

Passionate and driven, you excel at developing, optimizing, and communicating best-in-class digital strategies across paid search and enjoy bringing campaigns to life for your clients. Responsibilities

• Mentor / coach junior team members on pacing, optimization, and campaign development as needed
• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining paid search campaigns for clients
• Analyzing & reporting data on a weekly / bi-weekly / monthly & ad-hoc basis. Developing or QAing performance insights
• Familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors
• Developing, executing, and testing across campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testing
• Supporting the team leadership and contribute to higher-level strategic initiatives.
• Responsible for leading status meetings with vendors, including proactive optimization efforts, and leading all troubleshooting comms (e.g., makegoods, QA / tracking, etc.) under coaching of manager
• Maintaining and optimizing client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current / former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's / applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
