Warehouse Lead 2nd Shift

Rate of pay :  $20.50 per hour

Hours : 3 : 30pm - 12 : 00am

Position Summary :   The primary function of this position is to lead warehouse activities under the Warehouse Supervisors guidance to support daily operations.

Position responsibilities :

• Transport items to be shipped into the trailer with Forklift and using the loading plan and secure the load when trailer is complete.
• Move out going products from staging area to the loading dock with forklift.
• Obtain work schedule from supervisor obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
• Perform daily safety check of the assigned lift truck in accordance with company policy.
• Manage rotation of raw and work-in-process (WIP) inventory.
• At the end of shift clean and secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Transport finished goods from production lines to warehouse storage or staging area with a forklift.
• Inspect empty trailers at the loading dock to insure they are clean and clear before loading and take appropriate action as needed.
• Remove empty pallets cardboard packing and strapping to the proper area or receptacles.
• Inspect and stack empty pallets remove broken or damaged pallets and clean trailers as required.
• Remove scrap from warehouse areas clean and maintain lift and change propane as needed.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
