Front Desk Medical Assistant
The Front Desk Medical Assistant working in our UT Physicians Ob / Gyn MFM High Risk Mothers Clinic (TMC) functions as a member of the clinical team performing a supportive role in the delivery of patient care that is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable. The CMA will assist in providing customer service & patient care, overseeing clinic flow, scheduling and check in / out.

Position Location : UT Physicians Ob / Gyn MFM High Risk (TMC) 6410 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77030 Schedule : Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Position Key Accountabilities :
Certification / Skills : Use and care of standard clinic equipment Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association (AHA) required Minimum Education : High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program preferred Minimum Experience : Six months experience or completion of an approved Medical Assistant Training Program. Physical Requirements : Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 20 pounds frequently and / or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
