Who You Are :

As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll support a fast-paced telecom consulting environment, working closely with teams that serve enterprise level telecom and cable providers. In this role, you'll assist in analyzing client business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of tailored solutions. It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in business analysis while gaining exposure to large-scale enterprise projects and the telecom industry. You'll collaborate with consultants and technical teams, developing the skills needed to grow into future roles in consulting, solution delivery, or product management.

At the Analyst-Level, you will be expected to contribute to the development of recommendations, business knowledge and technology awareness, provide meaningful input into client deliverables / proposals, and take ownership of assigned tasks. You will conduct research, collect data, and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business solutions. Most importantly, you will embrace our firm's brand and core values.

Role and Responsibilities :

You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above.

• Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements from both internal stakeholders and client-facing teams.
• Work closely with senior consultants and technical leads to understand client needs and project objectives.
• Support analysis of business processes, data flows, and system interactions to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate and participate in client meetings, taking clear notes and following up on action items.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Assist in testing activities, including writing test cases, executing test plans, and tracking issues.
• Track and manage requirements, issues, and project documentation across multiple workstreams.
• Support the preparation of training materials, user guides, and operational documentation as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness when interacting with clients at all levels, including senior executives.
• In addition to delivering at the client site, you will occasionally be tasked in productizing Excelacom's work, contributing to our Center of Excellence and intermittently working on Excelacom proposals to the client.
