Benefits :Busy auto body shop in Everett, MA looking for a reliable and motivated auto body painter to join our fast paced team and produce quality work!

Job Type : Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
Responsibilities :
- Mix color and ensure all formulations, preparations, top coatings and curing times meet up to standards
- Prep vehicles properly for paint (clean, tape, mask, and etc.)
- Prepare color to match
- Inspect work surfaces to ensure proper cleanliness and readiness before painting
- Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and any specialty finishes as required
- Monitor paint application to ensure an even finish and avoid defects
- 5+ years off experience
- Must be experienced in water-based paint
- Multitasking skills
- Experience with various types of auto paint and finishes
- proficient in using spray guns, paint booths and mixing systems
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Handle work at a high volume location
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Excellent knowledge of the auto body repair process, techniques, and industry standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize working effectively
