Marketing Manager
Our client helps the biggest brands in sports and business bring their story to life through branded merchandise and design. As Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving strategy, content, automation, and analytics that connect marketing, sales, and studio into one unified growth engine.
This role supports the VP of Marketing & Operations in driving campaigns, storytelling, and data-driven strategy that connects our sales, studio, and client experience teams.
You'll be part of a fast-moving, creative environment where no two days look the same developing campaigns, analyzing performance, and bringing branded merchandise to life through authentic, on-brand storytelling.
Responsibilities :
Strategy + Campaign Execution
- Partner with the VP of Marketing & Operation to plan, execute and measure campaigns that support sales growth and client engagement.
- Translate the customer journey and sales funnel into actionable, data-driven campaigns
- Use automation and AI tools to build personalized content
- Develop campaign calendars, content plans, and cross-department initiatives that tie marketing directly to revenue
Content + Storytelling
Manage brand storytelling through case studies, lookbooks, digital campaigns and client spotlightsCapture and curate lifestyle and product photography and videos in-house to ensure consistency and authenticityCollaborate to align design strategy and creative execution across all marketing touchpointsUse AI assisted content generation tools to accelerate writing, editing and ideation while maintaining brand toneAnalytics + Optimization
Provide weekly reporting showing marketing efforts impacting sales pipeline and client retentionAnalyze campaign and engagement data to uncover patterns, test hypotheses, and identity improvement opportunitiesUse insights + AI to improve targeting, content strategy, and client retention initiativesCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales pods to support client-specific campaigns and initiativesVisuals, templates, and content strategySupport execution of client mailers, kitting projects, and brand activations to ensure alignment and qualityAutomation + Technology
Build and manage HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, client retention and automationTest new AI and automation tools to increase efficiency in campaign production, reporting and content creationPartner with our AI / Automation Specialist to integrate marketing systems with sales and operations platforms
