SUMMARY OF POSITION :

The Implementation Analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting client requirements, conducting technical analysis and feasibility assessments, and supporting the successful implementation of new products and services. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients, detailed documentation of deliverables, and active participation in the execution of implementation projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in enterprise implementations and regulated environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Elicit, analyze, and document client and internal requirements for implementation.

Gather job specifications, business rules, and technical deliverables through direct client interfacing to support implementation.

Ensure clear, consistent, and comprehensive documentation that supports internal configuration or development teams.

Manage the overall technical analysis for client application setups.

Perform data analysis, review files, and map fields between data, document templates, and Statements of Work.

Identify and document customization needs and create mock-ups to guide product configuration or development.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Sales and Account Management during pre-sales or contract phases to define project scope and assess feasibility.

    Facilitate feasibility meetings and document findings for prospective or existing clients.

    Collaborate with Implementation Specialists to support client onboarding and configuration.

    Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client setup aligns with specifications.

  • Documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date implementation documentation including system mappings, file formats, design mockups, specifications, and customization logs.

    Contribute to improvements in implementation processes and documentation standards.

    Identify and document edge cases, risks, and technical dependencies.

  • Other duties as assigned.
  • QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

    Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements :

    Education :

    Bachelor’s Degree required (Information Systems or computer science related fields)

    Experience and Skills :

    3+ years of experience in an implementation, technical analyst, or similar role in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology services.

    3+ years of experience in a regulated industry such as financial services or healthcare (strongly preferred).

    Basic understanding of consumer banking products and services (preferred).

    Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux, RDBMS, and SFTP.

    Strong analytical skills for data inspection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling.

    Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical specifications.

    Experience with web-based application implementations (B2B and B2C).

    Ability to work cross-functionally with : Implementation, QA, Sales, Operations, Development, and Product.

    Understanding of implementation processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

    Proficiency with documentation and tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Experience working within Agile or Scrum teams.

    Physical Requirements :

    Multi-limb and eye-hand coordination

    Able to stand, bend, reach, stoop and lift boxes up to 10 lbs.

    Fast pace / multi-tasking with organization and efficiency

    Able to sit at a desk, working on a computer for extended periods.

    Able to communicate effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

    Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
