FLSA Status : Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Work Hours : 20 Hours per week

Position Summary : To deliver high quality domestic violence and sexual violence advocacy and support to all children and adult clients while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Maintain strict confidentiality standards.
• Serve as an advocate for the needs of individuals impacted by domestic and sexual violence.
• Provide the following confidential direct services to all clients : Victims Compensation Assistance, Information and Referral, Personal Advocacy and Accompaniment, Emotional and Safety Support Services, and Civil / Criminal Justice System Assistance.
• Maintain and document participant records and client services in a confidential timely manner provided to the Program Coordinator Supervisor.
• Participate in case management with the Program Coordinator Supervisor.
• Provide after-hours hotline coverage and in-person advocacy / accompaniment to hospitals and police agencies as necessary as part of the required On-Call rotation schedule.
• Perform any other eligible duties as required or assigned by grant requirements.
