About the Opportunity

Our client, a leader in the Autonomous Vehicle space, is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their team for a contract engagement through March 31, 2026 (with a strong possibility of extension). This project involves the day-to-day product and project management of their new intranet platform (Staffbase), focusing on driving user registrations and developing innovative ways to increase engagement across the company. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Platform Management : Support the day-to-day product and project management of the Staffbase intranet platform, focusing on continuing to drive registrations and developing innovative ways to increase employee engagement.
• Feature Implementation : Support the development, testing, and implementation of new Staffbase features and functionalities, working closely with the Communications & Marketing team and the Enterprise Technology team.
• User Feedback & Improvement : Regularly work with company employees to get user feedback and insights to continuously improve the platform experience.
• Data Analysis & Strategy : Monitor platform metrics and analytics to present insights that shape the overall intranet strategy. Offer strategy and ideas for using the platform to boost productivity and time-savings for employees.
• Content & Support : Support ad-hoc editorial content needs, such as publishing content on the platform, and work with the Staffbase vendor as needed to escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
