Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay : $16-17 / hr. 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm Mon - Thurs and Friday leave early 2 : 30 or 3pm. What's a typical day as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant? You'll be :

• Greeting visitors and answering phones to provide outstanding front desk service.
• Assisting with data entry, filing, and general administrative support.
• Calling on past due invoices and assisting with accounts payable tasks.
• Entering and verifying deposits, printing service tickets, and maintaining workers compensation files.
• Logging stock materials and maintaining tax exempt paperwork.
• Supporting Margot with additional clerical projects as assigned.
