- Maintaining and organizing office files and documents
- Ordering and restocking office supplies as needed
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
Qualifications & Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferredProven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative roleProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressure
