Key Responsibilities Resolve and respond to tickets submitted by faculty and students Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for exams and courses within the LMS Conduct student and faculty orientations, including office hours for online orientations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience of 1-3 years Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Comfort in a support role with high attention to detail Technologically independent and able to work as part of a virtual team Strong organization skills
