Position Overview :

The Marketing Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the marketing team, while assisting in basic design, content preparation, and campaign coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in developing their marketing career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide clerical support including scheduling, filing, document preparation, and maintaining marketing databases.
• Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Support the management of social media accounts and posting schedules.
• Coordinate marketing collateral distribution for trade shows, reps, and internal teams.
• Update and maintain content on websites and intranet as directed.
• Perform basic graphic design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Assist in tracking and reporting marketing activities and campaign performance.
• Data entry into various software / systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely communication of marketing initiatives.
