job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProgram & operate a 3-axis CNC router to produce high-quality wood components. Review & interpret CAD drawings for each order to ensure precision and accuracy. Coordinate with CAD Technicians Lite Specialists and other team members to meet deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Maintain the organization of the tool database. Cross-train & assist in other woodworking departments when CNC work is light. Follow all safety procedures quality standards and company policies. Provide guidance and training to teammates as needed. Experienced : Brings 2-3 years of woodworking or millwork experience with the ability to read drawings follow work orders and produce precise high-quality results. Analytical : Interprets CAD files takes accurate measurements and solves problems quickly to keep production moving. Organized : Maintains an orderly workspace manages multiple priorities and stays calm when the schedule gets busy. Adaptable : Cross-trains in other woodworking areas and communicates effectively to support the team. Dependable : Shows up consistently works with integrity and takes ownership of the craft and the companys standards.
