Position Summary

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care, implement individualized treatment plans, and help residents regain the ability to perform daily living activities safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to residents in accordance with OT treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy services that promote functional independence.
• Support patients, families, and caregivers through education and guidance.
• Document treatments, progress, and patient responses accurately and promptly.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and all regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the success and quality outcomes of the rehabilitation department.
