Position Overview :

We are seeking an IT Support Technician with a strong emphasis in network engineering. This role is 100% on-site in Mukilteo and involves supporting end-user systems while contributing to the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications and technical aptitude, with the ability to work across teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices
• Assist with network infrastructure setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (firewalls, switches, routers)
• Configure and maintain network hardware and software, including Fortinet, Juniper, and Cisco systems
• Support user account management, permissions and security protocols
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to support automation systems and secure connectivity
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and hardware refresh projects
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and escalate issues when needed
