Controller Position

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Riverside, California. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and asset management, along with a strong ability to analyze data and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the preparation and review of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Manage the general ledger system, including entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Monitor and calculate fixed asset depreciation on a monthly and annual basis.
• Develop and maintain annual standard cost models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Utilize advanced Excel formulas and tools to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to compile and organize documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Implement and maintain efficient document control processes, including scanning and archiving.
• Provide guidance and support in the use of Sage Timberline software for financial operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
