Senior Project Manager-US Remote

Job Description :

In this role you will collaborate with prominent companies spanning industries such as Aerospace & Defense High Tech Industrial Products Electronics and Medical Devices. You will assume responsibility for leading consulting teams in client engagements that may influence global business practices. Utilizing technologies including ALM and PLM you will help clients integrate contemporary innovations to meet future objectives.

Your team comprises Architects and Consultants at multiple levels who collaborate on projects of diverse scale and complexity. You will engage closely with the broader Customer Success organization Research & Development Workforce Management and Technical Support to ensure proper definition and development of project scope resource allocation and dependencies.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure the realization of value quality and on-time delivery of defined scope
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Communicate project status regularly to various stakeholders
• Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes

PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $100000 - 130000. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.

Actual compensation may vary based on a candidates skills qualifications experience and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
