Senior UX Researcher

up to $62.50 an hour / DOE

Our large Retail client, is looking for a Senior UX Researcher for a 40 hour a week, ~ 6 month role. This role requires 5 days a week onsite at headquarters in Irving, TX.

In order to be considered for this role, please submit your portfolio with examples of A / B and multivariate testing in digital products. This role will be supporting R&D side of the business.

Senior UX Researcher Responsibilities : Design and lead end-to-end UX research using mix methods (qualitative and quantitative.) Work in tools like SQL, Python, or R to clean, model and visualize experimental data. Facilitate workshops, remote user testing, and surveys to gather data. Develop research roadmaps, documentation, and repositories to help scale the insights across teams. Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to create strategic roadmaps and align to stakeholder needs. Handle literature reviews and create briefs to guide product decisions. Deliver on the day-to-day tactics such as building out personas, journey mapping, service design, and workshop facilitation. Help define the success and guardrails for projects while performing power analyses, randomization, and statistical testing. Senior UX Researcher Qualifications :

5+ years' experience working in-house or at an agency. Bachelor's degree and ideally Master's or PhD. Portfolio link and samples! Proficiency using Usertesting.com, dscout, MUIQ, Qualtrics, and or Alchemer. Experience working with SQL, Python, R, Mixpanel, and Databricks for data analysis and visualization. Any experience in the retail, eCommerce, or the tech space is highly sought after.
