Job Description :

The IT Support Analyst IV provides a broad range of systems / application support, research and analysis, administration, performance availability monitoring and management for own area.

Depth & Scope :

  • Performs work on the access provisioning aspects of the application / system support
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and references for team members or clients
  • Performs applications / systems under minimal management supervision that are moderate to highlyplex
  • Performs problem determination including data gathering, analysis and resolution of client applications issues
  • Configures, and administers access provisioning requirements to satisfy business applications in co-ordination with appropriate stakeholders
  • Develops scripts using appropriate tools to address gaps in the application / system, to simplify and enhance the application / system environment
  • Gathers requirements from team and designs / identifies provisioning to satisfy end user requirements

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree required inputer Science or technical certification
  • 3+ years' experience
