Overview :

Responsible for accurately balancing and reconciling health plan accounts receivable (AR). Researches, posts and reconciles cash receipts and AR premiums. The Premium Billing Analyst directs an assigned group.

Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, Posting Payments, Write-offs, Refunds, Phone / Customer Service recovery

MS Teams

Excel (Development and Creation, Pivot Tables, Spreadsheets)

Education

High School Graduate or equivalent

Certification / Licensure

No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

• 5 years related experience required
• Communication Skills, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Posting payments, experience with write-offs and refunds
• Development / creation level of experience for Excel
• Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Dashboards
