Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering - Developer Experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with product managers and UX designers to foster a culture of experimentation and customer feedback-driven roadmaps Support engineers in owning customer and business problems while ensuring team efficiency and performance Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to align outputs with desired outcomes and shared goals Required Qualifications Experience in partnering with product and design teams for decision-making based on customer insights Proven ability to coach and develop software engineers across various backgrounds and levels Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to delivery Familiarity with enterprise software and SaaS product development and operations Experience in recruiting, hiring, and building diverse teams
