2pm – 10pm (2nd)

3pm – 11pm (2nd)

Pay

Up to $21.20 / hour (based on experience)

Qualifications

Current STNA license in Kentucky or valid reciprocal license

Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
