LVN-Licensed Vocational Nurse

Requirements / Qualifications

• Certification (Current LVN license)
• CPR / First Aid Certification (NO ONLINE COURSES; NO BLS CARDS; MUST INCLUDE PEDIATRIC TRAINING)
• DMV Printout (no older than 30 days, MUST have valid CA Drivers License)
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two (2), must be DATED within one (1) year with a physical SIGNATURE - digital signatures not accepted )
• Resume
• Typing Certificate (adjusted / net 40 wpm minimum (3-5 minute test : results MUST show name, length of test, & adjusted / net results))
