Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full Time Nocturnist to join our team!

• 180 shifts per year (primary schedule 7 on 7 off) consisting of purely nights (6 : 00 pm 6 : 00 am)
• Two nocturnists are assigned during these shifts, affording a manageable workload. In addition, there are 2-3 residents / interns in the team.Average admissions 17 / night for the wholeteam.
• Primary responsibility is on-site adult (admit and cross cover) inpatient care.Superb inhouse subspecialty support. Magnet hospital - rarely need to transfer a patient out!
