What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel. Assist with controlling access to the premises, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations, following established protocols. Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
